The feel of Hotel Flora, Gothenburg, Sweden.
Hotel Flora is a four star hotel in Gothenburg, Sweden, which is an alternative to the mainstream. When they where about to launch their new site, Pilo Bold Me also wanted a short film presenting the hotel. But not done as per usual. Edithouse was contacted who immediately came with a lot of ideas. It was decided that it should be a film that would convey more the feeling of the hotel and create a sense of magic. Early on it was clear that it was to be shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II. Music was also important and the choice fell on Ian Loves great track ”Hear a song”. It´s very far from the classic lounge music that can be associated with hotels.
After a lot of brainstorming Niclas Bergman, Edithouse directed and cut the film. The result can be seen at the bottom of this page. ”We are so happy and proud of the result” says Carina Högberg, one of the owners of the Hotel Flora. Pilo Bold Me also produced the site where the film is shown.
